DRIPTITE 30 Day Return Policy

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. If you have a return, contact our Customer Solution Center at (949) 842-2387, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm and Sat 10:00am-4:00pm (PST).


2. Once you receive your RETURN SHIPPING LABEL tape it on the outside of the box & include a copy of your invoice.


3. Your return label will ship the box to:

Details:

1. Your return must be within 30 days of shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees back to us).


2. Defective items returned within the manufacturer's warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced at no cost to you - we pay for shipping expenses on the replacement of defectives.


3. Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original card. Purchases made with checks, cash, or money orders will be refunded by check.


4. DRIPTITE is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.

We will process your return within 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

International Returns

Our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the United States, international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
